An Interview with Daphne Wilson

Member of the Fitch Marching Band
An Interview with Daphne Wilson

Q: Tell me, how does it feel to be out on the field with everyone watching?

A: It’s an amazing experience. However, there is a lot of pressure on the field.

Q: Do you recommend for people with no experience in music to join? Why?

A: Yeah, we can always find a place for you, we always welcome new band members.

Q: How did the first competition go? What song did you guys preform? How long did you work on it?

A: The first competition went really well, we performed at East Lyme. The songs we did were: journey of man, and Spain. We have been preparing for this since around mid-August.

Q: If you had the power to turn back time, would you change anything?

A: Nope, it was amazing. I loved everything about that day.

Q: How did the second competition go? Was it as great as your first competition?

A: It was still good, but a bit rainy.
