Zitong Ye and Scarlett Budd – “Home Alone”
Zitong: For as many years as I can remember, my little sister and I loved huddling together to watch ‘Home Alone.’ It was my first holiday movie and probably remains my favorite for the comedy and the great memories surrounding it. I remember the moment me and my little sister found out there was “Home Alone 2″… Anyhow, “Home Alone” is such a silly movie and for one, I don’t like watching movies because I usually don’t have the time to sit around for two hours straight. As unrealistic as it is, Kevin is still an amazing inspiration for my sister and me.
Scarlett: “Home Alone” is definitely one of my favorites I watch at least once a year before Christmas with my family that will always be a hilarious holiday movie. I don’t think I could ever get tired of watching this classic, the storyline is just amazing and the main character Kevin reminds me of my little brother who is just like him. Since I do live in a pretty hectic household the movie really does remind me of my own life so “Home Alone” will always have a special place in my heart.
