Millie DeBell, Staff Writer
Millie is a sophomore at Fitch High School. She has lived in Mystic her whole life and couldn’t find a better town to grow up in. When she’s not doing homework or studying she’s probably dancing and getting ready for her next performance. Her favorite styles of dance are modern and ballet. In Millie’s free time she likes to read, go on walks, hang out with friends and travel. Millie is so excited to be on the Falcon Press this year, as she wants to find a career path in journalism!
Avery Horan, Staff Writer
Avery is a sophomore at Fitch High School. She has lived in Connecticut for her entire life, but dreams of moving to New York City when she’s older. Avery’s dream college is Stanford University in Stanford, California. She is very dedicated to her academics as well as playing her violin. In addition to Falcon Press, Avery is on the Fitch Debate Team and the Fitch Softball team. After college, she hopes to pursue a career in sports journalism, working for ESPN or Sports Illustrated!
